Thanksgiving in St George - Day 1

Every Thanksgiving we rotate between Alton's side of the family and my side of the family. This year is my turn.  After some consulting with my family a few months ago we decided that we all wanted to go to St George and eat, swim, golf, go to movies and relax, so here we are.  There are 21 of us here and we are having a blast.  Even better, no cooking, no cleaning, no stress.  Chuck a Rama here we come!  Today was day 1 of our vacation and most of it was driving.

My brother couldn't get off work so he and his wife couldn't come until late tonight.  We however had the day off and got an early start.  My niece London came with us and we had a fun day with her.

London on our drive down.  We read books and played with My Little Pony.  Then she thought it was fun to throw things at Alton while he was driving.  He got pelted with a binki and a shoe!

2 hours into the drive, she finally crashed.  She slept with her hands behind her head for a good 45 minutes before changing positions.

Alton is a huge In-N-Out fan!  So, as soon as we pulled into town, this was our first stop.

We gave London her first taste of In-N-Out.  She loved it!

We then headed to the motel to wait for the rest of the family.  While waiting me and London went swimming. ( No pictures of me in a swim suit are allowed ) .  We ran up and down the motel halls, we jumped on the beds and finally after patiently waiting, the rest of the family arrived.

We then headed across the street to Iceburg for dinner.  Here is some pictures of the gang!  Then it was back to the motel for more swimming.  Everyone is tired and excited for our big day at Chuck a Rama and maybe some bowling or a movie!  Stay tuned for the adventures of Day 2!
